Offially a WAMH!

I am now offically a Work-At-Home-Mom! So to celebrate, I am going to try and double production all month. I will be posting cutsom slots on my Etsy store at various times throughout the next week. These slots will be specific for Mei Tais or Wrap Conversions. Keep your eye on the store to get your cutsom slot!

One Week Left....

I cant believe this is my last week at my job. Then I get to stay home and sew...I am so excited!
I have gotten some work done this weekend. I have cut up 3 wraps this weekend....a Hopp Tim, Hopp Santiago and an ER. I am going to work on sewing the 2 Hopps today. I have 8 more wraps sitting on my floor waiting to be cut. I also have some really great ideas for making purses out of the scraps of wrap.

I am nervous, excited and scared all at the same time.

I am trying to work on sewing in between all the holiday craziness. Unfortunately for us, sickness landed in out household as well as Ol' Saint Nick. We have now all recovered, but I have not got much sewing done.

Now that I am on the mend, I will be working on 2 wrap conversions from custom orders (Hopp Tim, and Hopp Santiago).

Only about 2 more weeks until I am home sewing full time. I am very excited about this! Thank you all again for your wonderful support!

With this Mei Tai, this completes this set of custom orders. I will be taking more custom orders in the very near future, but for now I will be working on some Mei Tais for inventory in preperation for doing this full time and the opening of the store.

Here is the Wrap conversion being sent off to it's new home today! This is a wrap conversion made from a Neobulle Wrap, colorway Lin. The applique is of Hibiscus flowers.

update on status

I am just about finished with the Pieced MT, and about ready to cut up Neobulle wrap. I am sorry I am behind, work has been a killer. I worked late every night this past week and last week. But after this coming week, my schedule is MUCH easier, so I will have a lot of sewing time.

For those of you that have been dying for a Wrapstar, this is your chance!!! This is a brand new, never used Pod.
This lovely Pod is made from a Didymos Colorgrown Waves wrap, with brown canvas straps, and a beautful cherry blossom appliqued on it.
This is a straight strapped Podeagi that is 180in long (total) and 5 in wide. It is lightly padded across the top of the blanket.
The blanket is long, about 36in I believe. I can get exact blanket measurements to interested buyers.
$150 for the Pod, this includes shipping to the US (add $5 for Canada). I also recommend the additional $1.50 for insurance.
This carrier comes from a dog and cat friendly house. I recommend washing on gentle and hanging to dry to help keep the applique looking nice.

This is a Naturology MT lined w/ baby blue minkee, and a bird applique on the strap.

This is a reversible Mei Tai done w/ Echino Scooters fabric on one side and the Naturology on the other. The applique is a bird riding a scooter.
